Sports streaming platform DAZN has secured the exclusive broadcasting rights for Spain's top-tier football league, La Liga, in Italy until the end of the 2023-24 season. This agreement, facilitated by the sports rights broker Mediapro and La Liga, allows Italian viewers to watch every La Liga match during the deal's period. DAZN Italia's La Liga coverage extends beyond live matches, including highlights and additional related content, offering a comprehensive experience of Spain's top-tier football division. Since its Italian launch in 2018, global OTT operator DAZN has been a significant broadcaster of La Liga, and this deal continues their commitment to providing diverse football content.
Digital streaming provider DAZN has secured co-exclusive broadcast rights for Serie B from the 2021/22 to the 2023/24 season. Coverage will be shared with pay-TV provider Sky Italia. DAZN will live-stream all the regular seasonal matches, plus the promotion and relegation play-offs at the end of the season. In addition to full match coverage, subscribers will also be able to access bonus content, such as the ‘Goal Zone’ feature which will provide updates on live games in real time.
