Telekom Serbia has secured the rights to the English Premier League in a six-year deal running from 2022 through 2028. This means that live Premier League matches will be aired live on the Arena Sport network through the period of the deal. Telekom Serbia’s EPL rights cover the Balkans, including territories like Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia. The contract was reported to cost the state-owned TV operator around 100 million euros per season.
Telekom Srbija's Arena Sport has secured La Liga media rights from 2021 to 2026 in Serbia and neighboring territories. As a key sports broadcaster in the Balkan region, Arena Sport has agreed to feature top-tier Spanish football matches live every week on multiple channels and its digital service.
Paid-TV provider Arena Sport has extended its exclusive digital and broadcast rights to Italy’s Serie A in Serbia until 2024. The deal will run through the conclusion of the 2023/2024 campaign. As a result of this arrangement, Arena Sport will continue to offer a full schedule of weekly Serie A matches in Serbia as well as in other territories throughout the former Republic of Yugoslavia.
