BT Sport has retained exclusive multi-platform rights for the UEFA Europa League in the UK. The pay-TV operator will air all games live on TV and on its video streaming service, until the end of the 2020/21 season. Broadcasts will be carried out on TV by linear networks in high definition – and occasionally in 4K Ultra HD – which includes BT Sport 2, BT Sport 3, BT Sport Extra channels and BT Sport Ultimate. All Europa League matches will be available to stream live in the UK on the BT Sport app on smartphones, tablets, smart TVs and games consoles. In addition to highlights shows being televised on game weeks, the BT Sport website will constantly publish extended match recaps and provide a catch-up experience to subscribers.
