Commercial broadcaster TVB has acquired exclusive rights to the English FA Cup in Hong Kong in a four-year deal that will run from 2020 through 2024. TVB’s over-the-top (OTT) subscription service MyTV Super will stream all FA Cup matches on its MyTV Gold package, while a subset of the coverage will be available to subscribers of the basic tier. The English FA Cup on MyTV Super will include delayed games with Cantonese commentary.
Hong Kong commercial broadcaster TVB has secured streaming rights for the Netherlands’ Eredivisie and will stream matches live through 2022 on its OTT platform MyTV Super.
TVB has secured exclusive streaming rights to Sweden’s Allsvenskan until 2021 in Hong Kong. Live matches from the Allsvenskan will be available on OTT platform MyTV Super.
