Mediapro-owned over-the-top (OTT) streaming service OneSoccer has acquired the rights to all Canadian Premier League matches. The digital platform will stream every CPL game live on the web and on its app for mobile devices, every season.
Mediapro has secured exclusive broadcast rights for the 2021 and 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup tournaments after signing a three-year deal. All matches will be live-streamed on OneSoccer, Mediapro’s dedicated subscription streaming service, beginning from the opener all the way to the final. For the 2021 Gold Cup, this will encompass the July 10th opening match featuring El Salvador vs Curacao to the final on August 1st. Subscribers will also be able to access bonus content, including match highlights, detailed commentary, and pre and post-game analysis.
Mediapro Canada has extended its media rights deal with the Mexican Liga MX until the end of the 2021/22 season. The multimedia group’s over-the-top (OTT) streaming service OneSoccer will show two live LigaMX games every week. The lineup of live LigaMX matches on OneSoccer in Canada will consist of exclusive home games from Club América, Cruz Azul, UANL Tigres, Necaxa, UNAM Pumas, Toluca and FC Juárez.
