Public broadcaster Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM) has acquired Malaysian free-to-air rights for the 2022 World Cup. RTM has selected 41 matches to show on its family of TV stations—including TV2, Okay TV, and Sukan RTM. A total of 27 matches out of these 41 are live, whereas the remaining 14 are delayed broadcasts. Every World Cup match from RTM is set to air in high definition in Malaysia, with exclusive studio programs, magazine shows, match highlights, daily recaps, and full match replays.
