Univision has secured exclusive rights to the Liga de Expansión MX in USA in a six-year deal that will run from 2020 to 2026. TUDN will air live Liga de Expansión MX matches on television throughout the period of the agreement, and live commentary will also be available on TUDN Radio.
Univision’s Spanish-language networks will show a total of 32 live MLS matches during the 2020 season. Flagship network Univision will air 14 games live, whereas UniMás will broadcast 18. All 32 matches will be simulcast on TUDN. The games will also be made available as live English-language streams on Twitter.
Spanish-language broadcaster Univision will air all three matches from the U.S. women’s national team in the 2021 SheBelieves Cup on its linear network TUDN. TUDN Radio will also provide live commentary, whereas the TUDN app will stream the games live.
Univision owns the Spanish-language broadcast rights of the Mexican Primera Division (LigaMX) in the USA for 17 of the 18 Liga MX teams. The Liga MX matches are shown across the various channels on the Univision Network as well on it's digital platform: TUDN En Vivo, Univision Now and their Facebook page. Recently, Univision added to their already dominant portfolio by obtaining additional team rights (Atlas, Morelia, Santos and Tijuana) from Azteca America.
