Commercial broadcaster TV4 has acquired Swedish rights to the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament. The Telia-owned network will cover men’s football’s biggest competition along with public-service partner SVT. Live FIFA World Cup 2026 matches are expected to be telecast and streamed live in HD in Sweden on TV4’s TV and digital platforms. TV4’s World Cup coverage is expected to include match highlights and auxiliary programming.
TV4 will show live UEFA Champions League matches in Sweden from 2021 to 2024. The network will cover the matches along with its partner broadcaster, C More.
Free-to-air broadcaster TV4 has acquired Swedish rights for the 2022 World Cup. TV4 is airing several matches with sister network C More, including the opening match and the Final.
TV4 has the TV broadcasting rights in Sweden for 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. In addition, TV4 will also broadcast the Swedish Men's National Team qualifiers for the World Cup.
