The Copa America 2024 broadcast rights in Indonesia have been secured by Nex Parabola, Vidio, SCTV, and Indosiar. These networks have agreed to provide live, delayed, and repeat Copa America coverage, enabling fans across Indonesia to watch the matches involving Latin American countries conveniently.
In Indonesia, broadcast rights for the UEFA Europa League competition are shared between SCTV for television broadcasts and Vidio for online streaming services. This arrangement includes comprehensive coverage of the tournament from the group stages through to the final. Alongside SCTV and Vidio, select matches are also available on the Champions TV channel, which is accessible through Nex Parabola. The agreement ensures live broadcasts and streaming of numerous matches throughout the competition, with Vidio offering access through its Platinum and Diamond subscription packages.
Media group Emtek has acquired 2022 World Cup broadcast rights in Indonesia. Under the agreed content package, live World Cup matches may be shown on free-to-air channels SCTV, Indosiar, O Channel, and Mentari TV. The Champions TV sports pay-television channels and streaming platform Vidio are also part of the coverage. SCTV has 56 live matches with highlights, whereas Indosiar has Round of 16 matches and other fixtures with reruns. All 64 matches are streamed on Vidio.
OTT service provider Vidio has obtained Indonesian rights to the English Championship through 2022. Live Championship streams will be available regularly throughout the period of the deal, which was sealed following an agreement with the English Football League (EFL). The agreement also involved Pitch International as the distributor.
Champions TV is expected to air live English Championship games in Indonesia through 2022.
Over-the-top (OTT) media provider Vidio has secured streaming rights for the rights for the 2021 Copa América competition in Indonesia. Subscribers will be able to follow the tournament’s action via a host of devices, including computer, smart TV, mobiles, and tablets.
